Additional Conditions Of Employment. The parties agree that additional conditions of employment, as proposed by either the Chief of Police or by the Association, may be negotiated for the various ranks and classifications covered by this Agreement and, if agreed upon, added to this Agreement as a supplement thereto. Upon receipt of a request by either party to negotiate such additional conditions of employment, discussions will commence within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of such request or such reasonable period of time thereafter, as agreed by the parties. Such additional conditions of employment shall not vary or change in any respect the intent or meaning of the terms of this Agreement.

The employer agrees that additional conditions of employment, as agreed to by the employer and the Association, may be added to this Agreement in the form of a supplement thereto, and with the approval of the City and the Association, shall become part of this Agreement.

(205) The Employer shall remit on or before the due date as specified in the pertinent statutes of the State of Ohio the payments required or permitted by the Ohio Bureau of Unemployment Compensation, the Industrial Commission and Bureau of Worker's Compensation, in order to secure and maintain the employees' benefits thereunder. The meaning and intent of this clause is that no employee covered by this Agreement shall work for an Employer who fails to secure, or after securing allows to lapse, the full unemployment and industrial benefit coverage provided for under such Ohio law.

Mandatory conditions of employment at Xxxxxxx College, for example, Federal Police Clearance, Western Australian College of Teaching (WACOT) registration and Working With Children certificate (WWCC) form part of the necessary written clearance, as required by the Department of Education Services, should be completed prior to the employee commencing service at Xxxxxxx College.
