Active Military Duty. Tenant agrees to immediately notify Operator of changes in Tenant’s military status or assignment resulting in changes to mailing address, phone number and/or E-mail.

Active Military Duty. Every employee who is a member of the Washington National Guard or of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Marine Corps Reserves of the United States, or of any organized reserve or armed forces of the United States shall be entitled to and shall be granted military leave of absence from such employment for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days during each calendar year. Such leave shall be granted in order that the person may take part in active training duty in such manner and at such time as the employee may be ordered to active training duty. Such military leave of absence shall be in addition to any vacation or sick leave to which the employee might otherwise be entitled, and shall not involve any loss of privileges or pay. During the period of military leave, the employee shall receive normal pay.
Active Military Duty. Any Employee who is a member of the military reserves of the United States, and who is called into duty, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, shall be credited 8 Hours of Service for each day he or she is on active duty, but no more than 40 Hours of Service shall be credited for any seven day period starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday.

Active Military Duty. If Tenant is on active military duty with the United States military and receives permanent change or station orders or temporary duty orders for a period in excess of three (3) months, Tenant may terminate Lease and be liable for no more than thirty (30) days rent after written notice and proof of assignment are given to Owner, plus any costs for damages to the Premises beyond ordinary wear and tear.
