Action Required from TSA. For a Critical Malfunction, Vendor will provide an immediate correction, which Vendor will then promptly add to the appropriate part of the Services for Customer to test. For a Severity Level 3 or 4 Malfunction, Vendor will provide a correction as promptly as reasonably achievable, and at Customer’s request will seek to establish with Customer a mutually agreed schedule for the correction to be provided. SCHEDULE ASUPPORT AND SERVICE LEVEL Service/Activity Service Level Availability of the Services TSA Analytics Platform Services will be available to users for normal use 99.9% of the time each month, not including scheduled downtime. Scheduled downtime shall be for regular maintenance and upgrades. Customer will receive Notification of scheduled downtime. TSA does not make a service level guarantee. Restore Time In the event of unscheduled downtime, the system shall be restored and fully operational within twenty-four hours. SCHEDULE BOPERATING ENVIRONMENT AND DATA MANAGEMENT Customer is required to provide the minimum operating environment and procedures to ensure uninterrupted access and performance of Services. This includes purchasing and installing any required third-party software, plug-in, or other product requirement. The Operating Environment requirements are listed belowlast updated January 1, 2019. Future releases may have additional compatibility requirements which the Customer will be notified in advance. • Web Browser: o Subscribers accessing myTSA platform do so via a standard web browser o The web browser needs to be a supported and fully patched version o TSA supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet ExplorerProperty Management System (“PMS”): o For full data integration, Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS is supported: ▪ Minimum supported version is 5.0.3.2 ▪ Requires Export license and installation of Export scripts (at Customer/Hotel’s own expense) o Other PMS can be integrated in “Semi-Automated” mode requiring manual data entry in lieu of automated PMS data feedsGuest Data o TSA data integration does not require or use any Hotel Guest Personal Identifiable Data.
