Report of Malfunction. With respect to a report of any Malfunction, Customer will submit such malfunction via the Online Ticket system to describe Malfunction in reasonable detail and the circumstances under which Malfunction occurred or is occurring and will, with the assistance of Provider, classify as a Severity Level 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Report of Malfunction. With respect to a report of any malfunction, Exelon personnel making such a report will describe to the Telephone Support Service staff the malfunction in reasonable detail and the circumstances under which the malfunction occurred or is occurring and will, with the assistance of the Telephone Support Service staff members, classify the malfunction as a Severity Xxxxx 0, 0, 0 xx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx.
