Acceptance of Design Documentation and Testing Protocols. The Contractor shall submit each iteration of the Foreground Design Documentation and the Testing Protocols to the Purchaser for review and acceptance in accordance with the Implementation Plan and/or any previously agreed accepted Testing Protocol. Within twenty (20) Business Days (or such other period as the parties may agree) of the date of receipt of a submission (or re-submission, as the case may be) of a Foreground Design Document or Testing Protocol Candidate for Acceptance to the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall, subject to Clause 7.3 (Further Information), return to the Contractor one copy of that Candidate for Acceptance endorsed "Level Ano objection", "Level B – proceed subject to comments" or "Level C – resubmit". For the purposes of Clause 7.2 (Non Acceptance Termination Right), a Candidate for Acceptance endorsed with "Level C – resubmit" shall be a "Failure Report". If Purchaser makes an objection to any Candidate for Acceptance, the Purchaser shall state the ground upon which such objection is based and the evidence or other information necessary to substantiate that ground. If the Candidate for Acceptance is returned by the Purchaser endorsed "Level A – no objection", or if no response is received by the Contractor during the period mentioned in Clause 7.1.1.2, then the Candidate for Acceptance shall be "Accepted" by the Purchaser and the Contractor shall comply with and implement that Candidate for Acceptance. If Purchaser returns the Candidate for Acceptance endorsed other than "Level A – no objection", then the Contractor shall: where Purchaser has endorsed the Candidate for Acceptance "Level B – proceed subject to comments", proceed with the performance of the relevant part of the Services, but acknowledge and take into account Purchaser's comments; where Purchaser has endorsed the Candidate for Acceptance "Level C – resubmit", not act upon the Candidate for Acceptance, but instead amend the Candidate for Acceptance to respond to the Purchaser's objections and requirements and re-submit the same to the Purchaser in accordance with Clause 7.1.1.6, unless the Contractor disputes any such objection or proposed requirement is on grounds permitted by this Contract, in which case the Contractor or Purchaser may refer the matter for determination in accordance with Clause 39 (Dispute Resolution Procedure) of the Conditions.   • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Schematic Design Documents In accordance with the approved Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and based upon approval of and comments made by the Owner regarding the Concept Design Studies, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner Schematic Design Documents, including drawings and outline specifications. These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date.   • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement.   • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

  • CLARIFICATION OF SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS 4.1 Bidders shall promptly notify the Purchasing Agent of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error which they may discover upon examination of the specification documents.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.
