Acceptance for Enrollment. Agent acknowledges that only UnitedHealthcare, and not Agent or any other person, may accept or reject for enrollment a prospective Enrolling Unit. Agent further acknowledges that no Enrolling Unit is eligible to receive coverage under a Benefit Plan unless and until UnitedHealthcare accepts and enrolls the Enrolling Unit and that only UnitedHealthcare, and not Agent or any other person, has the right to determine the effective date of coverage.
Acceptance for Enrollment. To the extent permitted by and in accordance with applicable law, Medica will have the right to accept or reject any prospective Member submitted for enrollment based on enrollment policies established and revised by Medica from time to time. Individuals purchasing coverage under Medica’s individual and family business Benefit Contracts are not subject to underwriting and are guaranteed coverage in accordance with applicable law. In no event will any prospective Member be eligible to receive health services under a Benefit Contract unless and until the prospective Member is accepted in writing by Medica with such effective date as determined by Medica.
Acceptance for Enrollment. Plans shall have the right to accept or reject any prospective Enrolling Unit submitted for enrollment by Broker based on underwriting and enrollment policies established by Plans. In no event shall any prospective Enrolling Unit be eligible to receive health services under a Benefit Contract unless and until accepted by Plans with such effective date as determined by Plans.
Acceptance for Enrollment. PHP shall have the right to accept or reject any prospective Enrolling Unit or prospective individual health contract Subscriber submitted by Broker for enrollment. In no event shall any prospective Enrolling Unit or prospective individual health contract Subscriber be eligible to receive services under a Welfare Benefit Contract, unless and until accepted by PHP with such effective date as determined by PHP.
Acceptance for Enrollment. Agen t acknowledges that only UnitedHealthcare, and no t Ag ent or any other per son, may accept or reject for enrollment a prospective Enrolling Unit. Ag ent further acknowledges that no Enrolling Unit is eligible to receive coverage und er a Benefit Plan unless and until UnitedHealthcare accepts and enrolls the Enrolling Unit and that only UnitedHealthcare, and not Agent or any other person, has the right to determine the effective date of coverage.
Acceptance for Enrollment. Health Plan will have the right to accept or reject any prospective Individual or Group submitted for enrollment by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx’s Agent based on the then current policies and procedures of the Health Plan. In no event shall any prospective Individual or Group be eligible to receive health benefits under a Subscriber Agreement unless and until accepted for enrollment by Health Plan with such effective date as determined by Health Plan.
Acceptance for Enrollment. Gateway shall have the sole right to accept or reject any prospective Eligible Medicare Beneficiaries submitted for enrollment by Agents based on enrollment policies established by CMS. In no event shall a prospective Eligible Medicare Beneficiaries be eligible to receive health services under a Plan until they are accepted by CMS according to the Transaction Reply Report (“TRR”).
Acceptance for Enrollment. Agent acknowledges that only CCIC, and not Agent or any other person, may accept or reject for enrollment a prospective Customer. Agent further acknowledges that no Customer is eligible to receive coverage under a Benefit Plan unless and until CCIC accepts and enrolls the Customer and that only CCIC, and not Agent or any other person, has the right to determine the effective date of coverage.
Acceptance for Enrollment. KFHP-GA may accept or reject any prospective employer Group and/or individual application to contract for health plan benefits submitted by Producer based on underwriting and enrollment policies of KFHP-GA including, but not limited to, location and size of the employer Group. No offer to contract made or received by Producer is binding until it is accepted by KFHP-GA in the exercise of KFHP-GA's sole discretion. In no event shall any prospective employer Group and/or individual be eligible to receive health benefits unless and until the offer to contract or application, as applicable, is accepted by KFHP- GA with such effective date as determined by KFHP-GA. Producer shall inform all Groups and individuals submitting applications to contract for health benefit plans that all applications are conditional and subject to acceptance and approval in writing by KFHP-GA.
Acceptance for Enrollment. DCPG may accept or reject any prospective individual application to contract for plan benefits submitted by Agent based on underwriting and enrollment policies of DCPG. No offer to contract made or received by Agent is binding until accepted by DCPG in the exercise of its sole discretion. In no event shall any prospective individual be eligible to receive benefits unless and until the offer to contract or application, as applicable, is accepted by DCPG with such effective date as determined by DCPG. Agent shall inform all individuals submitting applications to contract for benefit plans that all applications are conditional and subject to acceptance and approval in writing by DCPG. DCPG will notify Agent whether DCPG has denied a contract.
