Enrollment by Clause Samples

Enrollment by. (a) Regular Full-time Employees; (b) Regular Part-time Employees, whose regular hours of work exceed fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift (c) Temporary Employees after six (6) months of continuous service and whose hours of work exceed fifteen (15) hours per week averaged over one (1) complete cycle of the shift schedule; shall be facilitated in accordance with the enrolment and other requirements of the Insurer.
