Acceptance for Enrollment. Agent acknowledges that only UnitedHealthcare, and not Agent or any other person, may accept or reject for enrollment a prospective Enrolling Unit. Agent further acknowledges that no Enrolling Unit is eligible to receive coverage under a Benefit Plan unless and until UnitedHealthcare accepts and enrolls the Enrolling Unit and that only UnitedHealthcare, and not Agent or any other person, has the right to determine the effective date of coverage.
