Benefit contract definition
Benefit contract means the agreement for provision of benefits authorized by section 512B.16, as that agreement is described in section 512B.19, subsection 1.

Benefit contract means any health benefit contract issued by a health plan company or other entity which provides coverage to its Enrollees. The Benefit Contract constitutes the agreement between the health plan company and the Enrollees regarding benefits, exclusions, and other conditions to the coverage of Chiropractic Services.
