ACADEMIC DISTRESS COMMISSION. As required by ORC Section 3302.10(P), the parties incorporate into this contract the provisions of ORC Section 3302.10 regarding academic distress commissions. ORC Section 3302.10 will have no effect on any provision of this contract unless the District would meet requirements of state law for the Superintendent of Public Instruction to establish an academic distress commission for the District. Should the District enter into academic distress, the intent of the parties is to emerge from academic distress with this Agreement intact.
