4Compensation. The Manager shall receive the following compensation:
4Compensation. Khronos will pay Contractor a fee for services rendered under this Agreement as set forth in the Project Assignments undertaken by Contractor. Contractor will be reimbursed for any reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement provided Contractor obtains Khronos’ prior approval and submits verification of such expenses as Khronos may require. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Contractor will be paid fees and expenses on a proportional basis as stated in the Project Assignments for work which is then in progress, to and including the effective date of such termination. Unless other terms are set forth in the Project Assignments for work which is in progress, Xxxxxxx will pay the Contractor for services and will reimburse the Contractor for previously approved expenses within thirty (30) days of the date of Contractor's invoice.
4Compensation. Insurer agrees to perform all obligations under this Contract for the compensation and financial arrangements set forth in this Contract. No additional compensation shall be allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing by the Parties.

4Compensation. The Trustee shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses and to a reasonable fee for its services payable from the trust estate. The Trustee may charge a reasonable fee for transfers to a successor trustee and for any final distribution of any share of the trust estate based upon the work involved in such transfer or final distribution. Any compensation or expense reimbursement of the Trustee or any co-Trustee agreed to or approved by the Trust Protector shall be binding on all beneficiaries or persons with an interest unless manifestly unreasonable and wrongful.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

You agree that you will have no claim against us or any Portfolio by virtue of any such change, discontinuance, or termination. In the event of any overpayment by us of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment, you will remit such overpayment. (d) If, within seven (7) business days after our confirmation of the original purchase order for shares of a Portfolio, such shares are redeemed by the issuing Portfolio or tendered for redemption by the customer, you agree (i) to refund promptly to us the full amount of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment paid to you on such shares, and (ii) if not yet paid to you, to forfeit the right to receive any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment payable to you on such shares. We will notify you of any such redemption within ten (10) days after the date of the redemption. 4.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
