Right to Compensation. 4.8.1 At the end of the Tenancy, Secure tenants may have a statutory right to claim compensation from us for certain kinds of Improvements (specified in the legislation) that they make to the Property with our Written consent provided they are carried out after 1st April 1994.

Right to Compensation. 11.1 The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the UK statutory compensation fund for clients of Authorised Financial Services firms who are unable to pay claims against them, usually because they have gone out of business. The insurance does not cover: – examination, treatment or other medical service that is otherwise covered by the insurance but which is performed before the effective date of the insurance – examination, treatment or other medical service that is performed after the expiry of the term of the insurance, even if the sickness or accidental injury made its début or occurred during the term of the insurance. In order to be entitled to care it is required that the insured is resident and registered as resident in a Nordic country and registered with the Swedish social insurance agency or the corresponding in a Nordic country. The care is always provided in Sweden.
