Employee Investor means an Investor that is a (i) SOX Insider or (ii) full-time employee of Xxxxxxx Sachs or any spouse or an Affiliated entity of such full-time employee. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. LLC nor any of its Affiliates shall be considered an Employee Investor.
