Construction Period definition

Construction Period means the period commencing on the commencement date and ending on the date of practical completionClause 1.1 Definition of "Corrupt Practice" is added:
Construction Period means the period beginning on the date that a Group Member enters into a binding obligation to commence a Capital Improvement and ending on the earlier to occur of the date that such Capital Improvement Commences Commercial Service and the date that the Group Member abandons or disposes of such Capital Improvement.

Examples of Construction Period in a sentence

  • Under no circumstances shall the DBOM Contractor commence any ground disturbing activities (other than permitted site investigations) at the Project Site or mobilize any equipment or materials to the Project Site for the purpose of construction (unless otherwise authorized to do so by the BWS, in writing), until such time as the BWS issues a Notice to Proceed with the Construction Period in accordance with Section 6.8 (Closing the Development Period).

  • The representations of the BWS set forth in Section 2.1 (Representations and Warranties of the BWS) shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the date of commencement of the Construction Period as if made on and as of such date, and the BWS shall deliver to the DBOM Contractor a certificate of the Officer-in-Charge or other authorized officer to that effect.

Construction Period means the period beginning on the date that a Group Member (or other Person that is not a Subsidiary of a Group Member, as contemplated in the definition ofCapital Improvement”) enters into a binding obligation to commence a Capital Improvement and ending on the earlier to occur of the date that such Capital Improvement Commences Commercial Service and the date that the Group Member (or other Person that is not a Subsidiary of a Group Member, as contemplated in the definition of “Capital Improvement”) abandons or disposes of such Capital Improvement.
Construction Period means the period from the Effective Date through the Substantial Completion Date.
Construction Period means, with respect to a Property, the period commencing on the Construction Commencement Date for such Property and ending on the Completion Date for such Property.
Construction Period has the meaning set forth in Section III of this Agreement.
Construction Period means, unless the Production Notice is subsequently withdrawn, the period beginning on the date a Production Notice is given and ending on the Completion Date.
