Commencement Date of the Contract definition

Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.
Commencement Date of the Contract means the date on which the signature of both purchaser and the contractor are affixed to the written contract.
Commencement Date of the Contract means the effective date of signing of the Contract between the Procuring Agency/Procuring Agency and the Contractor.
