Consultation Period definition
Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;

Examples of Consultation Period in a sentence
During any Subordinate Consultation Period, the Controlling Class Representative shall be entitled to consult on a non-binding basis with the Special Servicer and propose alternative courses of action in respect of any Asset Status Report, and the Special Servicer shall consult on a non-binding basis with and consider such alternative courses of action and any other feedback provided by such party.
Upon the Certificate Administrator’s determination that a Subordinate Consultation Period or Subordinate Control Period has occurred or is terminated, the Certificate Administrator shall, within 10 Business Days, post a “special notice” on the Certificate Administrator’s Website.
More Definitions of Consultation Period
Consultation Period means a period of 25 Business Days commencing on the date of submission of the Material Change Proposal or such longer period as the Proposer of the Material Change Proposal may specify in it;
