Works Inspection definition

Works Inspection means a critical appraisal to determine if the Works are in proper quantity and condition, and if it conforms to the applicable or specified requirements outlined in the Works Contract; and
Works Inspection means an inspection at the manufacturer’s factory or facility during the manufacture of equipment to be supplied. The Contractor is to carry out works inspections to ensure that manufacturing is in accordance with specification requirements.

Related to Works Inspection

  • Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.
