Project Parties definition

Project Parties means each of:
Project Parties means the Material Project Parties and each other Person from time to time party to a Project Document (other than the Borrower).

More Definitions of Project Parties

Project Parties means all building contractors and building industry participants who perform work in relation to the Activity, the Project or a Sub-Project, and where applicable, may include Proponents, subcontractors, consultants and employees; and
Project Parties means, collectively, the Company and its Subsidiaries.

The Building Code requires the Recipient to ensure that: all requests for tender, expressions of interest, submissions and invitations to join Common Use Arrangements in relation to the Activity made by it, or any of the Project Parties, contain the commitment to apply the Building Code as set out in the model tender documents in the Supporting Guidelines; and all contracts entered into in relation to the Activity by it, or any of the Project Parties, contain the commitment to apply the Building Code as set out in the model contract clauses in the Supporting Guidelines.
