Water System Extension definition

Water System Extension or “System Extension” means any extension of the physical facilities of the water system, including distribution or transmission mains, booster pumping stations, and distribution storage tanks.
Water System Extension means the extension of the District existing Water System facilities to serve an area to which service is not available from existing distribution facilities, but the term does not include an On site Water System. DD. "Water Treatment Rate Component" means that portion of a water rate or charge attributable to the cost of treating untreated water.

  • Expansion means the addition of buildings, structures, machinery or equipment for purposes of increasing production capacity.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
