Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

More Definitions of Commencement of Commercial Production

Commencement of Commercial Production means the date on which the Industrial Enterprise actually commences commercial production as certified by the Director /Deputy Director of Industries/ General Manager, District Industries Centre/ Member Secretary, Single Window Clearance Agency or any other officer authorized by the Director to do so.
Commencement of Commercial Production means the last day of the first period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues.

Commencement of Commercial Production means the first day following the first period of ninety (90) consecutive days during which Products are produced from the Property at an average rate equal to at least fifty percent (50%) of the design capacity of the production facilities established for producing Products from the Property.
