Wastewater Service Line definition

Wastewater Service Line means that part of a wastewater line for any Licensed Premises connecting at the Tap to the Main. A Wastewater Service Line is not the property of the District. The District shall have no liability for the operation, maintenance or repair of the Wastewater Service Line.
Wastewater Service Line means that portion of a Service Connection owned by the Town that extends from the Wastewater Main to the Service Connection Point;
Wastewater Service Line means that line extending from the main in the street to the Property line of the building being serviced.

Wastewater Service Line means a lateral pipe from a Wastewater Main to the property line of a Parcel to which the Owner will connect a Private Service Line for the purposes of providing Wastewater Services to the Parcel and carrying Wastewater from a Premises to the Wastewater System.

  • Wastewater means the spent water of a community. From the standpoint of source, it may be a combination of the liquid and water-carried wastes from residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and institutions, together with any groundwater, surface water, and storm water that may be present.

  • Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
