Water Service Connection definition

Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
Water Service Connection means a 19mm (3/4") connection or larger, to a main supply line and extending to the property line of the property concerned for the purpose of conveying water and may or may not include a water meter but shall include a shut-off valve and shall be the property of the Regional District.

Water Service Connection means that lateral water pipe which connects a consumer’s premises to the City water main with the consumer owning that portion of the pipe lying within the boundaries of the consumer’s premises excluding any pipe lying within the boundaries of any easement area granted to the City for its water system;
