VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Bank may at any time amend or vary any of these terms and conditions governing the operation or use of the TBS. The Bank shall notify the Account Holder of any changes. If the Account Holder continues to use or operate the TBS after the Bank has given such notice of change, the Account Holder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We may at any time amend or vary any of these terms and conditions governing the operation or use of the TBS. We shall notify you of any changes (in any manner we deem fit). If you do not terminate your Account after we have given such notice of change, you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation regardless of whether or not you continue to use or operate the TBS after such notice.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1.1. The Bank reserves the right to amend at any time partly or wholly the provisions of the present Terms and Conditions and shall notify such amendments to the Customer. If a Cardholder uses the Card after receiving notification or does not return the Card to the Bank within 15 days of such notification, he shall be deemed to have accepted the said amendments and be bound thereby.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Bank reserve the right to amend the Cardholder Agreement, the General Terms And Conditions, as well as terms and conditions of other Credit Card services from time to time as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion. Such amendments will be binding upon the Cardholder upon giving notification to the Cardholder using such means of notification as the Bank shall deem appropriate (including but not limited to display in the premises of the Bank or any of its offices or in the Statements of Credit Cards, via email or in the Bank’s website or by such other methods as the Bank may decide). The use of the Card after the date upon which any changes to the Cardholder Agreement is to have effect (as specified in the Bank’s notice) will constitute acceptance without reservation by the Cardholder of such changes. If the Cardholder does not accept any proposed changes, the Cardholder may cancel the Card prior to the date upon which such changes are to have effect.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It is hereby expressly agreed that the Owner shall be entitled from time to time and at such time in its sole and absolute discretion without the consent of the Hirer to replace, revise, increase, add, amend and/or delete any or all of the Terms and Conditions for the time being in force; or to prescribe, from time to time, fees and charges payable in respect of the services; and such replacement, revision, increase, addition, amendment deletion and/or prescription of fees and charges shall be conclusively and absolutely binding on the Hirer if thirty (30) days notice thereof is given by way of display in Owner’s Hall, advertisement, mailing to the Hirer at his last address registered with the Owner or other means as the Owner thinks fit, and shall be deemed binding on the Hirer if the Hirer continues to maintain this Agreement with the Owner after the expiry of the thirty (30) days period thereof PROVIDED ALWAYS that
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No variation of this Agreement shall be binding unless agreed by Xxxxx and communicated in writing to the Tour Operator.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It is hereby agreed that the terms and conditions herein may be altered, varied, substituted and/or added to from time to time or at any time by FY at its absolute discretion without prior notice. Such alteration, variation, substitution and/or addition shall take effect on the date on which FY declares it to be effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
