VAA means volume assembly allowance;

VAA means a Vessel Acquisition Agreement dated March 23, 2017 between DHT Holdings, Inc. and BW Group Limited. “Banking Days” are days on which banks are open both in the country of the currency stipulated for the Purchase Price in Clause 1 (Purchase Price) and in the place of closing stipulated in Clause 8 (Documentation) and New York City, United States, Singapore and Oslo, Norway.
VAA means the Victoria Airport Authority, which is the party or parties of the first part as designated or described, and includes any of its successors and assigns; in any part of this Contract that contains a release, hold harmless, indemnity or other exculpatory language in favour of the Authority; the term "Authority" also means any directors, officers, servants, employees, agents or contractors of the Authority and any other Person for whom the Authority may be responsible for in law.SCHEDULE 'B' SCOPE OF SERVICESThe Contractor shall for the Term of this Contract provide, manage and support the entire FIDS system including software application, operating platform and server infrastructure, and provide the Services as set out below and in accordance with this Contract, including the RFP attached hereto as Schedule ‘G’ – VAA’s Request for Proposals and the Contractor’s Proposal attached hereto as Schedule ‘H’ – Contractor’s Proposal.
