Transition Services Schedules definition

Transition Services Schedules means one or more of the schedules to this Agreement listed in Appendix A, which set out each of the Transition Services to be provided by the applicable Service Provider to the applicable Service Recipient thereunder.

  • This Agreement, the other Ancillary Agreements, the Separation Agreement and exhibits, schedules and appendices hereto, including the Transition Services Schedules, and thereto and the specific agreements contemplated herein or thereby, contain the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements, negotiations, discussions, writings, understandings, commitments and conversations with respect to such subject matter.

Related to Transition Services Schedules

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, to be entered into by the Seller and the Buyer, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.

  • Master Services Agreement means that master services agreement among the Limited Partnership, the Company, Teekay Corporation and Brookfield XX XXXX L.P. dated as of the date hereof.

  • Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.
