Transition Marks definition

Transition Marks means those Palm Marks that are used by PalmOne pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, from the Separation Date through the date set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement with respect to each such xxxx. Transition Marks include only (a) the marks PALM (as limited by the license grant in Section 3.10), XXXX.XXX, PALM CAFE, PALM STORE, DESIGNED FOR PALM HANDHELDS, PALM SOFTWARE CONNECTION; and (b) the marks XXX XXX, PALM XXX XXX and XXX XXX with Design (the “XXX XXX Transition Marks), and other marks, all as shown on Schedule 5.
Transition Marks has the meaning given to such term in the Licenses.
Transition Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15(b).

Examples of Transition Marks in a sentence

  • All goodwill associated with the use of such Transition Marks shall inure to the benefit of Seller.

  • Licensee, at Holding’s request, agrees to be joined as a party (and hereby irrevocably waives objection to any such joinder) or appear as a witness in any Action taken by Holding to enforce its rights in the Palm Marks, the Transition Marks or the PalmOne Brand.

More Definitions of Transition Marks

Transition Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.
Transition Marks means all Marks used by Seller or Mentor Medical Limited in the U.K. that use or contain the letter string “MENTOR” prior to the Closing in connection with the distribution and sale of SMECs by Mentor Medical Limited which are affixed as of the Closing to the Transition Products.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.

  • Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order.
