Seller Marks definition
Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13.
Seller Marks means the Seller Names and any other trademarks, service marks, or logos used on any, or in connection with the marketing, advertisement, promotion, offer for sale, or sale of, any products sold or offered for sale in connection with the Business that are not Business Trademark Rights and will not be transferred to the Buyer on the Closing Date.
Seller Marks shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.8.
Examples of Seller Marks in a sentence
Buyer shall not use the Seller Marks in a manner that may reflect negatively on such Seller Marks or on Seller or its Affiliates.
Following the Closing, Buyer shall, as soon as practicable, cease using any Seller Marks.
Any use by Buyer of any of the Seller Marks as permitted in this Section 6.11(a) is subject to Buyer’s compliance with the quality control requirements and guidelines in effect for the Seller Marks as of the Closing Date (as may be amended by Seller from time to time following the Closing).
More Definitions of Seller Marks
Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(a).
Seller Marks means Seller's trademark, trade names, service marks, service names, logos and distinct brand elements associated with Seller's products.
Seller Marks means all registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, Internet domain names and any applications for registration of any of the foregoing, together with all goodwill associated with each of the foregoing (“Trademarks”), owned by Seller or its Affiliates, including all Trademarks that include the term “Atmos” and all Trademarks related thereto or containing or comprising the foregoing, including any Trademarks confusingly similar thereto or dilutive thereof.
Seller Marks shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.19(a) hereof.

Seller Marks means the names “Aquila,” “Aquila Networks,” “Energy One,” “Service Guard,” “UtiliCorp,” “Peoples Natural Gas,” “West Plains Energy,” “Kansas Public Service,” and any derivative of any of the foregoing, and any related, similar, and other trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of Seller, and any domain names incorporating any of the foregoing.
Seller Marks means any and all names, marks, trade names, trademarks and corporate symbols and logos incorporating “PSNH,” “Public Service Company of New Hampshire,” “Public Service of New Hampshire,” “Eversource,” “Eversource Energy” or “Northeast Utilities,” or any word or expression similar thereto or constituting an abbreviation or extension thereof, together with all other names, marks, trade names, trademarks and corporate symbols and logos of Seller or any of its Affiliates.
