Transferred Technology definition

Transferred Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Transferred Technology means all Technology owned by Seller, including (i) the Technology constituting the Products, solely to the extent owned by Seller; (ii) any Technology constituting the Web Content; and (iii) any other Technology listed on Schedule 1.1(dddd). To the extent that any Software constitutes Transferred Technology, all versions and releases of such Software, in both Source Code and Object Code form, shall be included as Transferred Technology.
Transferred Technology means the Technology transferred by AMD or its Subsidiaries to Broadcom or its Subsidiaries in accordance with the APA.

  • The foregoing licenses do not grant to Luna or its Affiliates rights with respect to any Licensed Products other than those for which the designs, specifications and working drawings for manufacture either are delivered hereunder as Transferred Technology or originate with Luna or its Affiliates and are owned exclusively or jointly by Luna or its Affiliates, or to which Luna or its Affiliates otherwise has rights.

More Definitions of Transferred Technology

Transferred Technology means all Technology, existing as of the Closing, owned or transferable by Seller related to, used in or necessary for the operation of the Business, including the Technology constituting the Products, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(vv). To the extent that any Software constitutes Transferred Technology, all versions of such Software and Software from which such Software was derived, in both source and object code form, shall be included as Transferred Technology.
Transferred Technology means all Technology owned or licensed by any member of the BGC Partners Group or Newmark Group primarily used or held for use in the Transferred Business as of the Effective Time.
Transferred Technology means (i) the information and deliverables described on Schedule 2 for the Licensed Node developed by Micron as of the Exercise Date for the manufacture of DRAM Products, (ii) the information and deliverables described on Schedule 3 for the Lead DRAM Design developed by Micron as of the Exercise Date, and (iii) the information and deliverables described on Schedule 3 for the Secondary DRAM Design developed by Micron as of the Exercise Date, in each case excluding any information that cannot be shared with NTC without further permission or consent of, further payment to, or breach of agreement with, any Third Party.
Transferred Technology means Technology owned by Seller or its Subsidiaries that is used in, held for use in or necessary for the operation of the Business.
