Product Marks means all logos, slogans, trade dress, domain names, trademarks (excluding the PROSTVAC Mark), trade names and service marks and other proprietary names for a product filed with a Regulatory Authority that a Party has used or plans to use specifically in relation to a Product; provided, that the Product Marks shall not use or incorporate any corporate names or corporate logo owned or Controlled by a Party or any of its respective Affiliates.
