Product Marks definition

Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Product Marks shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.5.
Product Marks means the trademarks used or to be used by Licensee or its Affiliates or Designated Parties for the Commercialization of Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any corporate names and any trademarks that consist of or include any corporate name or corporate logo of the Licensor or Licensee or any of their Affiliates), or the alternative trademarks selected by the Steering Committee pursuant to Article 9.5(a), in each case, along with all domain names associated therewith, and all goodwill associated therewith.

  • Novartis shall own all rights in the Product Marks and register and maintain the Product Marks in the countries and regions it determines reasonably necessary.

  • BMS shall own all Product Marks, and all trademark registrations for said marks.

  • Zai shall not take any action that would interfere with or prejudice NVCR’s ownership or registration of the Product Marks, the validity of the Product Marks.

Product Marks is defined in Section 7.5.
Product Marks means all logos, slogans, trade dress, domain names, trademarks (excluding the PROSTVAC Xxxx), trade names and service marks and other proprietary names for a product filed with a Regulatory Authority that a Party has used or plans to use specifically in relation to a Product; provided, that the Product Marks shall not use or incorporate any corporate names or corporate logo owned or Controlled by a Party or any of its respective Affiliates.
