Licensed Marks definition

Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

Licensed Marks shall include all marks listed on Appendix A attached hereto as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.

• Licensee acknowledges Licensor’s exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Marks and acknowledges that nothing herein shall be construed to accord to Licensee any rights in the Licensed Marks except as otherwise expressly so provided.

• Licensee acknowledges that its use of the Licensed Marks hereunder will not create in it any right, title or interest in the Licensed Marks other than the limited license rights granted herein and that all such use of the Licensed Marks and the goodwill generated thereby will inure to the benefit of Licensor.

More Definitions of Licensed Marks

Licensed Marks means the trademarks, service marks or trade names listed on Schedule A attached hereto.

Licensed Marks means the Marks set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

Licensed Marks means the trademarks and service marks referred to in the Recitals section of the Trademark License Agreement under whose terms this definition is being applied, and such other marks as may be adopted and established under said agreement from time to time.
