Licensed Marks definition

Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

Licensed Marks shall include all marks listed on Appendix A attached hereto as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.

• Except as provided in Paragraph 16.2, Licensor shall have the sole right and discretion to bring infringement actions involving the Licensed Marks, and any award received by Licensor in any such actions shall belong solely to Licensor.

• Approval of the form of use of the Licensed Marks, once given, shall be continuing until Licensee receives written notice to the contrary from Licensor.

• For clarity, nothing in this Agreement shall create an obligation on the Company to use the Licensed Marks in any way or on Halozyme to register or otherwise maintain in effect any Licensed Marks.

More Definitions of Licensed Marks

Licensed Marks means the trademarks and service marks referred to in the Recitals section of the Trademark License Agreement under whose terms this definition is being applied, and such other marks as may be adopted and established under said agreement from time to time.

Licensed Marks shall include all marks listed on Appendix A attached hereto as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
