Tower Facilities definition

Tower Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(c); --------------
Tower Facilities means the (i) tower, (ii) foundations, (iii) fenced compound enclosing the Tower Site, (iv) high capacity telephone service to a main connection point within the compound, (v) concrete equipment pad for Carrier's exclusive use, (vi) minimum of 200 amp electrical service to a main connection point within the compound, (vii) access sufficient for the placement and routine servicing of tenant antennas and base station equipment, and (viii) grounding to Carrier's reasonable standards and specifications, to be located upon the Applicable Tower Site.
Tower Facilities means, with respect to any License, the tower site, tower, equipment structures and other facilities covered by such License. Work -as defined in Section 8.2. APPENDIX 11

Examples of Tower Facilities in a sentence

  • Lessee shall pay any personal property taxes assessed on, or any portion of such taxes attributable to, the Tower Facilities.

  • Lessee shall be entitled to file its own claims against the condemning authority for the value of its Tower Facilities, moving expenses, prepaid rent and business dislocation expenses.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent BTS Company from marketing space on the Tower Facilities to be constructed on a particular Site after the Ground Lease has been executed by the ground lessor and BTS Company.

  • Lessor hereby waives any and all lien rights it may have, statutory or otherwise, in and to the Tower Facilities or any portion thereof, regardless of whether or not same is deemed real or personal property under applicable laws.

  • Lessee may, at Lessee’s expense, erect and maintain on the Leased Premises the Tower Facilities and other structures as noted in Section 5.

  • Lessee must pay all personal property taxes assessed on, or any portion of such taxes attributable to, the Tower Facilities.

  • Tower Facilities shall be landscaped by means of native evergreen plant species to sufficiently obscure said facilities from view.

  • Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have an Omega Material Adverse Effect, all Omega Registered IP is solely and exclusively owned by Omega or one of its Subsidiaries free and clear of all Liens.

Related to Tower Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
