Station Equipment. All the fixed and tangible personal property used or held for use in the operation of each of the Stations including, but not limited to, the transmitters, towers, ground system and studio equipment listed on Schedule 1.2 together with any replacements, improvements, or additions thereto made between the Contract Date and the Closing Date (the "Station Equipment").

Station Equipment. The Agency agrees to provide and maintain in good working order kitchen and other furniture and items necessary for twenty-four (24) hour operations, to include separate dry and cold storage space for each shift.
Station Equipment. Each station will be equipped, if possible, with a toilet, shower, sink, refrigerator, additional sink for cleaning dishes, and a microwave. Nurses assigned to twenty-four (24) hour shifts will have access to stations with sleeping, rest, and eating areas. Each on-duty (24) hour shift nurse will have a separate sleeping area. The separate sleeping area will have floor-to-ceiling walls and a floor to ceiling curtain or door on the doorway. The Employer will provide a microwave, cable television where available by normal installation, unless cable television is unavailable, in which case a DVD player will be provided. The Employer will also provide a shower and an additional sink for dish washing.
Station Equipment. Rail station equipment shall not be provided or owned by the Authority. The installation of any and all rail station equipment is subject to the prior written consent of the Authority except that no consent is needed for the installation of any equipment for Rail Company’s Rail Transportation Business.
Station Equipment. F8.1 The Customer is responsible for providing and maintaining any terminal equipment on the Customer’s (or authorized user’s or joint user’s) Premises. The electric power consumed by such equipment shall be provided by, and maintained at the expense of, the Customer. All such terminal equipment must be registered with the FCC under 47 C.F.R., Part 68 and all wiring must be installed and maintained in compliance with those regulations. Cox will, where practicable, notify the Customer that temporary discontinuance of the use of a service may be required; however, where prior notice is not practicable, nothing contained herein shall be deemed to impair Xxx'x right to discontinue forthwith the use of a service temporarily if such action is reasonable under the circumstances. In case of such temporary discontinuance, the Customer will be promptly notified and afforded the opportunity to correct the condition which gave rise to the temporary discontinuance.
Station Equipment. This account shall include installed station equipment, including transformer banks, etc., which are used for the purpose of changing the characteristics of electricity in connection with its distribution.
Station Equipment. 5.1 Customer provided terminal equipment on the Customer Premises, and the electric power consumed by such equipment shall be provided by and maintained at the expense of the Customer.
