Lessee shall also cause the contractors erecting, installing, or maintaining Lessee's Property or performing any other work for Lessee on the Tower Site to procure reasonable public liability insurance acceptable to Lessor and naming the Lessee and Lessor as named insureds.
All other leases and/or agreements to lease space at the Tower Site shall contain this language.
Subject to the required approvals and cooperation of any governmental authority or public utilities, Lessee shall arrange and be responsible for the installation and provision of electrical and telephone lines serving Lessee's Property at any building on the Tower Site owned by Lessor.
