Utility Facilities definition

Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.
Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services. Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.

Examples of Utility Facilities in a sentence

  • Attachments to or rights to occupy Utility Facilities not covered by this Agreement must be separately negotiated.

  • All of the Utility Facilities not located on the Land are situated within and comply with the provisions of the Appurtenant Easements or contractual rights of access which are not revocable or otherwise terminable and are fully paid for.

  • Licensee shall not be responsible for any charges associated with Utility Facilities for any periods that such facilities are unusable.

  • If, following the expiration of the notice period, Licensee has not yet removed and/or transferred all of its Communications Facilities therefrom and has not entered into an agreement to purchase Utility Facilities pursuant to Article 10.2, the parties shall work together to come up with mutually agreed upon timeframe for Licensee to remove its Facilities.

  • The District shall have the right but not the obligation of prohibiting the Licensee from attaching to Utility Facilities until such certificates or other evidence of insurance has been provided in full compliance with these requirements.


More Definitions of Utility Facilities

Utility Facilities mean the utility facilities shown on Exhibit A hereto, including any additions or other modifications made thereto from time to time.
Utility Facilities means (i) the $300,000,000 Amended and Restated Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated the date hereof, among IPL, the banks named therein and Wachovia, as administrative agent; and (ii) the $250,000,000 Amended and Restated Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated the date hereof, among WPL, the banks named therein and Wachovia, as administrative agent.
Utility Facilities means the water and wastewater facilities necessary to serve development within the District Boundaries.
Utility Facilities means the gas pipelines, appurtenant facilities, valves, compression, compressor upgrades, regulators, piping, valves, and other equipment, and related utility system upgrades, including all designs, engineering, drawings, permitting and plans, required for delivery of the Gas into SoCalGas’ system from the outlet of SoCalGas’ facilities at the Interconnection Point and redelivery within its service territory, or as authorized by the CPUC. Utility Facilities shall be solely owned and operated by, or on behalf of, SoCalGas.
