Attachments to or rights to occupy Utility Facilities not covered by this Agreement must be separately negotiated.
All of the Utility Facilities not located on the Land are situated within and comply with the provisions of the Appurtenant Easements or contractual rights of access which are not revocable or otherwise terminable and are fully paid for.
Licensee shall not be responsible for any charges associated with Utility Facilities for any periods that such facilities are unusable.
If, following the expiration of the notice period, Licensee has not yet removed and/or transferred all of its Communications Facilities therefrom and has not entered into an agreement to purchase Utility Facilities pursuant to Article 10.2, the parties shall work together to come up with mutually agreed upon timeframe for Licensee to remove its Facilities.
