Time for Completion of Construction definition

Time for Completion of Construction means the period from the Compliance Date to the date of issue of Construction Completion Certificate in accordance with the Project Implementation Schedule, which involves the design, setting out, construction of works, erection and installation of equipments, commissioning, testing and certification of works.

  • Completion of Construction means all the construction is complete except for minor weather-related components and conforms to the approved plans and specifications and change orders.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature.   • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.
