Each Grantor’s principal place of business and chief executive office, the place where each Grantor keeps its Records concerning the Collateral and all originals of all Chattel Paper in which any Grantor has any right, title or interest are located and will continue to be located at the addresses specified therefor in Schedule III hereto.
