Compliance Date definition
Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.

Compliance Date means the last day of any Test Period (commencing with the first full fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending after the Closing Date) if on such day the Compliance Date Condition is met.
