Examples of Tenant’s Taxes in a sentence
Tenant shall pay any Rental Tax to Landlord in addition to and at the same time as Base Rent is payable under this Lease, and shall pay all other Tenant’s Taxes before delinquency (and, at Landlord’s request, shall furnish Landlord satisfactory evidence thereof).
If Landlord pays Tenant’s Taxes or any portion thereof, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the amount of such payment, together with interest at the Interest Rate from the date of Landlord’s payment to the date of Tenant’s reimbursement.
Such Tenant’s Taxes shall be estimated in good faith by Landlord at the end of each Fiscal Year, and thereafter be payable to Landlord in equal estimated monthly installments on the first day of each month together with the payment of Base Rent, subject to readjustment when the actual amount of Taxes is determined.
The Tenant will promptly pay the Tenant’s Taxes as they become due.
The Tenant will provide to the Landlord, upon request, the official receipt for each payment made by the Tenant in respect of the Tenant’s Taxes.
