Costs and Expenses Paid Clause Samples

The "Costs and Expenses Paid" clause defines which party is responsible for covering specific costs and expenses incurred during the performance of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines whether the client or the service provider will pay for items such as materials, travel, administrative fees, or third-party services necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. By clearly allocating financial responsibility, this clause helps prevent disputes over payments and ensures both parties understand their obligations regarding reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses.
