BUSINESS MACHINES. Business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration, noise, cold or heat that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any area outside the Leased Space shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, in settings of cork, rubber, or spring type vibration eliminators sufficient to absorb and prevent such vibration, noise, cold or heat.

BUSINESS MACHINES. Business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration, noise, cold or heat that may be transmitted to Building structure, or to any leased space outside Premises shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, in settings of cork, rubber, or spring type vibration eliminators sufficient to absorb and prevent such vibration, noise, cold or heat. No business machines or mechanical equipment which exceed the existing floor load capacity of 80 pounds per square foot or require unusually high amounts of electricity shall be used or installed in the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable medical equipment is equipment which can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, is useful only in the presence of an illness or injury and used in the Member’s home. Durable medical equipment includes: hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, glucose monitors, external insulin pumps, oxygen and oxygen equipment. GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Goods and Services 4.3.1. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods and/or the Services provided are fit for the purposes that may reasonably be inferred from the technical specifications and in accordance with the timetable for performance defined in the Contract. In any event the Supplier commits himself to achieve performance and results stipulated in the Contract.
