Tenant Manual definition

Tenant Manual means the Landlord and/or Building Management’s rules and requirements for the proper management, administration and control of (i) the Tenant and all other tenants (as applicable) in the Building, and (ii) the use of the Building and/or the Premises, to be provided by Landlord and subject to change from time to time as the Landlord/Building Management deem necessary. Tenant Manual means the Alteration Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C, as the same may be modified or amended from time to time. If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Tenant Manual and the provisions of this Lease, the provisions of this Lease will control.

  • Sign area means the entire area of a sign face;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
