Technical Approval definition

Technical Approval means upon review that the Department determined the veteran’s proof shows that the veteran:
Technical Approval means a document which confirms a technical assessment of the fitness for use of a construction product, based on the essential requirements for a construction works for which the product is used, and establishes technical requirements for a construction product.
Technical Approval means the notification by the Director to the Owner and Developer that the Engineering Drawings and any associated Reports and/or Specifications are in accordance with South Gloucestershire Council Standards

More Definitions of Technical Approval

Technical Approval means upon review the veteran has been determined to meet the following:
Technical Approval means any and all technical, medical and scientific licenses, registrations, authorizations and/or approvals of the Product (including manufacturing approvals and authorizations, marketing authorizations and labeling approvals related thereto) that are required by any national, supra-national, regional, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity in the Territory, for the distribution, use or sale of the Product in any country in the Territory, as amended or supplemented from time to time. The Technical Approvals shall not include any Pricing Approval.
Technical Approval means that all County reviewing bodies have completed their review and the infrastructure improvement plans are ready for the County Engineer’s signature. All necessary signed easements have been reviewed by County staff and have been submitted for recordation prior to signature. Final approval will be granted upon: 1) Twenty (20) working days review by County; 2) The infrastructure improvement plans comply with state or federated mandated standards that may have changed subsequent to technical approval; and 3) consistency with improvement plans with respect to adjacent existing conditions (utilities and development). Applicable County development fees shall be paid at the fee rates at the time of final approval of the infrastructure improvement plans.
