SWIFT Messaging Services definition

SWIFT Messaging Services means the messaging services provided by SWIFT to support access by the Participant to MEPS+ Services.
SWIFT Messaging Services means messaging services provided by SWIFT from time to time, including without limitation, SWIFTNet FIN messaging service, SWIFTNet Interact, File Act and browse services.
SWIFT Messaging Services means SWIFT›s messaging services, including the SWIFT Net FIN messaging services and the SWIFT Net, File Act services.

  • If a discrepancy or inconsistency is determined to exist between the terms of the Master Services Agreement and the terms of this SWIFT Messaging Services Addendum, the terms of this SWIFT Messaging Services Addendum will control with respect to the SWIFT Messaging Services, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the discrepancy or inconsistency.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss to you where you submit a SWIFT Message through the SWIFT network but such SWIFT Message is not successfully received by us or for any act or omission of SWIFT.(d) You provide data, files, information, instructions and SWIFT Messages at your own risk.   • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication.   • Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
