Third Party Operator definition

Third Party Operator means a Customer who operates a terminal and/or handles Cargo at the Port independently to ABP, under ABP’s Port Approval; and
Third Party Operator means a Customer who operates a terminal and handles Cargo at the Port independently to ABP, under ABP’s Customs Wharf and Temporary Storage Approval;
Third Party Operator means the operator of any telecommunications Network system over which We provide the Service;

  • Whilst we provide the Services to you, you authorize us to act on your behalf in all dealings with any Third Party Operator in connection with any matter that enables us to provide or to continue to provide you with the Services.

More Definitions of Third Party Operator
