Service or services means the performance of work, or the furnishing of labor, time, or effort, or any combination thereof, not involving or connected to the delivery or ownership of a specified end product or goods or a manufacturing process. Service or services may also include an arrangement in which a vendor compensates the Board for the vendor's right to operate a concession.
Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.
System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.
ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
