essential service definition

essential service means furnishing water, light, heat, gas, electric power, public passenger transportation or commu- nication, or any one or more of them, to the public in this state.

Tenant shall provide Landlord with reasonable supporting documentation of such costs incurred and Landlord shall pay Tenant the amounts due to Tenant hereunder within thirty (30) days of receiving such documentation.
