Service Downtime definition

Service Downtime means that period of time for which the Service was unavailable to the Customer;
Service Downtime means the amount of time the Service was unavailable;
Service Downtime any period of time during which any of the Services are not Available; and

  • The time and date of the Service Downtime shall be discussed between the Parties.

  • The Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to give notice to Customer of such Planned Service Downtime as soon as possible, but at least twenty-four (24) hours via appropriate means (e.g. email or telephone).

  • Service Provider shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, schedule Planned Service Downtime outside of general business hours.

  • In case of Unplanned Service Downtime with or without control of Service Provider, Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to send a notification to Customer informing Customer thereof.

  • For the purpose of supporting or maintaining the Service (including, but not limited to the roll-out of Updates), the Service might experience a Planned Service Downtime.


More Definitions of Service Downtime

Service Downtime means an unplanned period during which some or all of the Service Provider Equipment and/or other facilities at the Location are non-functional or otherwise unavailable and the Co-Location Services are consequently likely to be disrupted;
