Complete Outage definition

Complete Outage means the Co-Branded Site is not reachable by EarthLink Members for fifteen (15) minutes or more; provided however, that HealthChannel may perform major system upgrades and/or service maintenance on a scheduled and pre-announced basis which may put the Co-Branded Site down for up to eight (8) hours.
Complete Outage means the Co-Branded Site is not reachable by EarthLink Members for sixty (60) minutes or more, due to E-Stamp systems or services within E-Stamp's control; provided however, that E-Stamp may perform major system upgrades and/or service maintenance on a scheduled and pre- announced basis which may put the Co-Branded Site down for up to eight (8) hours.
Complete Outage. A Complete Outage shall, for purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to have occurred if during the Operational Period the condition shall exist that, for other than normal maintenance, no generating facility of the Project produces power at the high voltage side of its generating transformers in excess of its allocated General Service Requirements and any such Complete Outage shall be deemed to continue in effect until such time after the commencement thereof as a generating facility of the Project first produces power at the high voltage side of its generating transformers in excess of its allocated General Service Requirements.

Examples of Complete Outage in a sentence

  • Shall be managed by HealthChannel in all respects identically to a Complete Outage, except that EarthLink will not have the right to remove any link or reference to the Co-Branded Site.

More Definitions of Complete Outage

Complete Outage means the Service is not accessible by Customer for thirty (30) minutes or more, provided that such definition shall not encompass any interruptions to Service Availability during a Planned Maintenance Period (subject to the notice requirement set forth above).
Complete Outage means the Co-Branded Site is not reachable at any time by any EarthLink Members the EarthLink NOC or the EarthLink SOC.
