Senior Debenture Indenture definition

Senior Debenture Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of October 17, 1997, between Parent, as issuer, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as trustee, with respect to the Senior Discount Debentures as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
Senior Debenture Indenture means the indenture, dated the date hereof, by and between Finlay Enterprises and Marine Midland Bank, as trustee, relating to the Senior Debentures.
Senior Debenture Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 13, 1997, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture dated November 13, 1997, between the Borrower and Bank of Montreal Trust Company, as trustee, pursuant to which the Senior Debentures have been issued.
