2011 Notes definition

2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.
2011 Notes means “Notes,” as defined in the 2011 Indenture.
